Find your way through transitions in life

We are living in an age of loneliness. As we move through the stages of life, ebbing and flowing with changes, we are often find ourselves unclear of our purpose, our identity murky and we long for answers.

  • Changes in relationships and divorce

  • Kids grow up and leave the house

  • Career changes or wanting to start a new business

  • Retirement and aging

Tools to Find Your Way

Throughout her 30 years in this space, Dr. Cox discovered important tools to help you open your heart to this explorative process. All of these elements allow you to overcome your fears, doubts, and anxiety, grounding you in who you really are and your truest purpose. And the skills you learn carry over into life beyond the retreat, allowing you to shift relationships and see your way forward every day.

Nature & Psyche

The natural world offers up rich opportunities to discover our own true nature, our wild selves. When we walk out into nature, quiet our minds and rid ourselves of expectations, nature reveals herself as a part of us, many times in surprising ways. What may seem like the most insignificant observations, such as a sprouting plant, a rock, a tiny lizard, can bring new insights to us about who we really are and the life we are meant to live. Dr. Cox guides you through soul-deepening exercises in nature to assist you in developing your true, inner self, your wild self.

  • Ritual & Ceremony

Through ceremony, we enter a sacred space where we are able to engage in conversation with our soul. You will come prepared with a ceremony you have designed and in which the group will participate as you wish, in order to symbolically speak to your soul. When we communicate with our soul or Shadow through ceremony, we can expect the earth to move as the changes are brought about which will facilitate your embodiment of your most authentic self.

  • Council

Dr. Cox teaches participants the way of sitting in council, a method of group communication which involves listening and speaking from an open heart.

  • Creative Expression

Explore ways to express yourself creatively through poetry, artwork, dance, and music, no matter how self-conscious you may be walking into the retreat. These new experiences help open you to looking deep within yourself to your true nature.

Post-Retreat Support

Many find it helpful to have time to process what they discovered during the retreat and how those discoveries now require adjustments in their lives to accommodate their true and wild selves.

Dr. Cox offers optional weekly group calls via Zoom after your retreat to share experiences and support one another throughout the creation of your new lives. These calls are not included in the cost of the retreat.
